This winter the City of Santa Cruz pumped water to Loch Lomond from the Felton Diversion on 78 days, harvesting 250 million gallons. Had the city a 2nd pipeline installed, as we have proposed, the city could have captured the full permitted amount of 975 million gallons and pumped it to available storage in Loch Lomond.
